solid stay near haram
convenient market
shops there were useful for quick needs. it was nice that i had easy access to necessities.
my room's thermostat wasn't working, and i couldn't open windows. the room became stuffy also hot constantly. getting bottled water required a call to room service, but they sometimes didn't answer the phone.

Excellent Service and Convenient Location

The room service team provided really good support. They were quick to respond to requests. My room was spacious and impeccably clean. The hotel's proximity to the Haram was definitely a plus, I could walk there in under 10 minutes.

surprisingly good stay near al-haram
central locationgood breakfasthelpful staffunpleasant smell
the location worked well with the haram being approximately a 15-minute walk. the closest entrance is safa marwa. multiple food options exist nearby. several shops on the ground floor offer good prices.
a constant unpleasant smell lingered in the washroom. the rooms felt dusty. beds and pillows lacked comfort. the staff at the reception did not cooperate well when i needed assistance.

the cleaning and laundry team proved very helpful. they performed a fantastic job, ensuring cleanliness. the staff were well-trained and respectful. they stood ready to assist anyone requiring help with a smile.

my quadruple room was smaller than advertised. i think it was around 20 square meters. the beds fit, but there wasn't much space to move around. the room was cleaned every day though. housekeeping even did towel art!
i waited for 10 minutes once.
